All limited companies must deliver a Confirmation Statement to Companies House on an annual basis.  We can take care of this for you.  If you do not wish your customers to know where you live we can also become your registered office address.  Both of these can be done for you for a nominal fee.  If we are your registered office we can deal with all post that arrives too, saving you time and worry.

The most common duties that require fulfilling for a company are:

 

• Ensuring the annual accounts are filed within 9 months of the end of the accounting year end

• Filing a confirmation statement (old Annual Return) once a year

• Any changes in directors, accounting reference date, change of registered office, allotment of shares
